Energy Services
Every owner or operator of a building must have the motivation to minimize its operational costs. For this reason, the Energy Services department was established in 2017, specializing in energy savings (energy studies, energy assessments), renewable sources (photovoltaics, cogeneration, heat pumps, solar systems), energy efficiency of buildings (thermal imaging measurements), and high-voltage optimization (monitoring, control, setting of ¼-hour maximum).
The result of our work are very detailed analyses of energy management and building operation with the aim of finding even the smallest potential for energy savings in the areas of heating, hot water, electricity, and water. As part of the Smart Region Development Strategy for the Moravian-Silesian Region 2017-2023 "Smarter Region," we focus on the application of "SMART" technologies when conducting these studies.
One of our goals is to raise awareness about modern trends in efficient energy management and to support the development of smart technologies that are environmentally friendly.
